Since then the world has gradually come to realize the true character and nature of the French people. Now Canada has pulled a Frenchy by opting out of the North American Defense Shield. How can they lose? They will still get protection from missiles from North Korea or China, but not have to spend any money or allow defense missiles on Canadian soil.... But Canadians WILL pay.
